Brewery and Taproom

This project is an adaptive reuse of a warehouse in Central City, New Orleans into a brewery and a taproom. The courtyard includes outdoor seating area. The project required numerous regulatory approvals, including historic tax credits, Design Advisory Committee approval and building variances and appeals. Permeable surfaces and a rain garden are featured for storm water management in the entry plaza and courtyard. The taproom design reflects the clients’ vision for creating an intimate space inspired by old historic pubs.
