Dillard University Howard House Renovation

Studio Kiro is renovating Dillard University’s historic Howard House. The building has recently been used as office space, but historically served as housing for famous activists and guests to the university during the Civil Rights Movement. The building will be returned to its mid-century use as a hotel for guests to the university, and Studio Kiro’s scope of work includes facade restoration, interior space planning, and FF&E.
